No Returns / Refunds
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is placed.
- Please check size, product details, and description carefully before confirming your order.
Replacement Policy
Replacement is allowed only if the product received is damaged or defective.
To claim a replacement, customers must provide an unboxing video of the parcel.
The video must be:
- Unaltered and continuous from opening the package.
- Clearly showing the parcel from all sides before opening.
- Recorded from start to finish without any cuts or edits.
Conditions for Replacement
- Claims without an unaltered unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at contactus@poppit.in with the order ID and video proof.
Non-Replaceable Cases
- Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution.
- Wrong size ordered by the customer.
- Regular wear & tear or damage caused after delivery.
