No Returns / Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is placed.
  • Please check size, product details, and description carefully before confirming your order.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is allowed only if the product received is damaged or defective.

To claim a replacement, customers must provide an unboxing video of the parcel.

The video must be:

  • Unaltered and continuous from opening the package.
  • Clearly showing the parcel from all sides before opening.
  • Recorded from start to finish without any cuts or edits.

Conditions for Replacement

  • Claims without an unaltered unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at contactus@poppit.in with the order ID and video proof.

Non-Replaceable Cases

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution.
  • Wrong size ordered by the customer.
  • Regular wear & tear or damage caused after delivery.
